Would like to be able to configure SaaS products based upon the number of users, with equal feature configuration otherwise. For extra credit, it would be spectacular to have 2 types of users. One which counts toward the user limitation for billing purposes, and another which does not count toward the user limitation for billing purposes.Use case: pricing based upon the number of lawyers in a law firm using the SaaS, but allow non-lawyers (e.g. client support staff, administrators, front desk staff, etc.) to use the platform without counting toward the user limitation, since they are not directly contributing to client revenues that are used to establish the ROI of the SaaS, yet are valuable to operations and proper use of the SaaS.

How does this exist already? YES! We need this!

Yes a Paid Seat vs Free Seat, and control the permissions as a set vs per user.
And adding the ability to bundle additional seats as a product.

Chase Crawford: Thanks.. do you know if there is a way to let's say include 5 users in the middle package, then allow them to purchase additional users for let's say $10/per seat? I was looking for something like that.

Wesley Rocha: I think you can just set the seats per package currently but they might let you charge per seat later.
Make sure you are using the new version of the SaaS Config. Click on a SaaS plan and one of the tabs will have a setting for limiting users

As long as this is just an option, I love it! Would still like to offer access to this as unlimited users/contacts as a separate brand.

I would also like to see an option to bill by number of paying customers as well as number of Users. A Coach for example may have 5, or 25 clients and would pay a different amount based on the number of active clients they have on the system. This way we can start an Agency Client off at a lower package until they grow into a larger package based on the number of customers our clients have.

Please vote for my suggestion, as well: https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/saas/p/allow-temporary-restrictions I think these go hand in hand.
