Customize or Turn On/Off Email notifications in SaaS mode

When an account is set up, paused, saas turned off etc an email goes to every Agency User which is unnecessary.
Having the ability to limit who receives this email seems like a logical option for business owners.
As an Agency owner my entire team doesn't need to received these emails every time a new account is created, or paused, or cancelled etc.

Please add this feature! - We need more customization on how to choose what kind of notification should a business owner receive!

Please add this - we are annoying our staff weekly with pausing accounts after they cancel and I feel so bad for flooding their inbox every week
