It's too tedious for me to enable rebilling for new rebillable features. We need a way to enable in all existing sub-accounts in one shot per feature.

Agreed. There also needs to be a way to set a default rebilling value that is auto applied to new sections as they are added. For example, the Email Warmup section was just recently added and I happened to notice it was not enabled for rebilling on any of my plans. I would rather it just automatically be enabled and set to 2x or something by default any time a new rebilling section is deployed.
We need both:
- Ability to bulk update rebilling across sub accounts.
- Set a default to be applied to all plans and sub accounts when a new rebilling section is added.
