SaaS plan subscribers need better control of billing overall. Like the ability to suspend, skip and apply discounts to next upcoming bill as a one-time or for (x) period.
Our ability to control billing under SaaS is so limited that it causes more issues than the feature helps. This is only made worse by the fact that forever, stripe has been the primary billing provider, yet stripe uses non-standard billing practices to screw over GHL patrons, such as not refunding fees on monies charged when a billing issue requires that we issue a refund. Stripe keeps that money, even though visa Mastercard discover and AmEx all refund at 100%.
I'm listing this as a bug cause because lack of functionality resulting in bad billing practices in 2025 cant be consider a optional request.
