We charge all of our accounts manually via Stripe.

Then we have to go in and turn on SaaS mode to rebill (we have forgot sometimes), and then we have to manually turn on every single rebilling option individually.

We should have a way turn on rebilling in bulk for locations but also, mainly, we should have a setting where all new locations come with the rebilling for everything already turned on for them. We want these accounts to just not be functional without a credit card in them, unless the agency turns this OFF.
