I would like to formally request the integration of Mercado Pago as a supported payment processor within the SaaS Configurator (SaaS Mode).

Currently, Mercado Pago is already available in other HighLevel modules such as Invoices, Order Forms, and Stores — which is great. However, it is not yet supported for billing SaaS plans to clients through the SaaS Configurator, where Stripe remains the only option.

For agencies operating in Latin America — especially in countries like Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Peru — Mercado Pago is the dominant payment platform. Many of our clients do not have access to international credit cards or prefer local payment methods, which makes Stripe a significant barrier to adoption of our white-label SaaS offerings.

What we are requesting:

Allow Mercado Pago to be selected as the primary payment processor in the SaaS Configurator.

Support recurring subscriptions and off-session payments through Mercado Pago for SaaS plans.

This would be a game-changer for HighLevel agencies targeting the LATAM market and would significantly increase SaaS adoption across the region.
