It would be greatly beneficial if we could customize the individual review agents, within a single sub-account, so that each agent responds differently. Right now, if I have 100+ GBP accounts and I want half of those to receive automatic agent responses while others receive suggestive responses only, that is not possible, per support on 10/15/25, if they are under the same sub-account. This is greatly inefficient as these accounts are only tied to GHL for the sake of reputation management and do not require any of the other GHL features so making individual sub-accounts just for GBP reviews is not financially sensible.
We also need the ability to filter reviews based on those who have responses versus those that are pending responses. As this should also be a custom setting within each review agent in a single sub-account as well-specify not only the star rating that individual review agents will respond to, but be able to direct the individual review agents to only respond to those reviews without a response.
