It would be great if it was possible to automatically track which user already left a review on FB or GMB. That way, we can filter for people who have received and invite, but haven't actually left a review and follow up with them.

it would be ideal if the reputation management system is able to detect when the actual contact has left a review so when we check in and send a bulk review request to all of our contact we won't send the same request to a contact that already has left a review for the business.

I belive FB and Google have to allow sending and ID as a paramater in the review URL, store it on thier end if the person finished leaving a review and then give it back to HL in their webhook payload.
Last I checked they don't allow that so no reliable way to know who exactly left the review witout a manual process of trying to match the names. And with Google alot of people use screen names instead of their full name so theirs no guarantee really.
Not sure why none of these reveiw sites do this but would be ideal. Bascially passing the contactId to them and getting it back with the review would make it 100%

For what its worth...
It is not possible to pass a user ID or any custom parameter to a Google review link that Google will return to you after the review is submitted. Google's review system is designed to protect user privacy and maintain anonymity, so it does not disclose personal information or link a specific review to an external ID provided by a business.

I have 2 customers ask for this feature this month alone. They want to reward employees that are making an effort to get reviews.

Our customers are requesting a way to track which of their employees sent a review request out and whether or not the customer they sent it to followed the link and left a review. That way we can be more competitive with a app like Podium and our customers can game-ify review collection with their staff and run contests for most reviews received
