Track who left a review

It would be great if it was possible to automatically track which user already left a review on FB or GMB. That way, we can filter for people who have received and invite, but haven't actually left a review and follow up with them.

The Review received trigger we got now is useless, its gives a bunch of codes. what im i supposed to do with them? Any use case for this? 😅
There need to be a way to identify recently received reviews and associate them with the contact that left the review, so we can keep track that, its super important.
Use case: Giveaways, Scoring, replying and thanking people personally. Just got these at the top of my mind.
There is a LOT more use cases to this

Google Reviews come in as new contacts, cannot be merged

Whether I send them an invite via GHL or they leave a Google review on their own without my request, their Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB) review comes into GHL as if it's from a new Contact.
1) this contact isn't real. they're not able to be found in the Contacts tab, only the Conversations tab. You cannot click into Contact Detail view from the Conversations tab, such as to assign them a name and then find them in Contacts to merge them with the existing/real contact record.
2)
Related request to keep track of which users DID leave a review (https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/reputation-management/p/track-who-left-a-review) but that's not possible if the GBP reviews come through as new contacts
GHL Support Ticket# 1268645 has video documentation.

Even if there was a way of manually link a review to a contact, life will be easier. Running workflows without a way to identify contacts who have already left a review is a frustrating

I agree! We need this.

Yes I have no idea who left me a review or not without searching the reputation tab.

I can't even put a trigger link in the custom link field in reputation management settings. That's an oversite on GHL's side

Surely GHL is already tracking who clicks the link. Maybe trigger links is a workaround? Ultimately, while not perfect, a customer name match between the review solicitation and the review on google is pretty safe... especially if they are within one day of each other. Will there be errors? yes... But I'll take 95%+ good data over no data.
