I've tried making my review link a custom value that is a trigger link to the review page, but this is very limiting when trying to build out effective automation and see if the person clicks the review link from the initial "Send Review Request." Of course, there are complicated work arounds, but this seems so simple to fix. Would be nice to see some practical updates in the Reputation Management system to bring GHL up to par with other Reputation Management platforms in this area.
