As of now customers it's possible to track every step of the journey until a customer clicks on the link to submit a review, however it's not possible to track whether they actually submitted a review or not on Google.
It would be great to bridge this gap. A potential solution would be to periodically check the names of people who submitted reviews and compare them to the names of people who were asked to submit a review.
