We're getting complaints due to the automatic review language because the review is in Spanish and the reply was in English. Please add a feature to change the default language or adapt it to the language of the review. Would be also nice if you could modify slightly the way is replying such as "just use the first name instead of the full name". How's is actually working or why am i getting this issue

Yes, please, add this. Fasted way I guess would be to integrate Conversation AI bot training with Reviews AI!
The AI must reply reviews in the same language, and also have the context of the business to respond quickly, smart, engaging.
Without the AI working properly, this feature is not really usable for many.

Same for French review. The AI answer should be using the plateform language or review language.

first name instead of full name IMO is mandatory. so weird to call someone by both...this isn't roll call lol

I'm also dealing with clients in Saudi Arabia, many of the reviews are in Arabic but the response is in English. This should be an easy fix for you guys and a big win for us.

I think it should reply in the language which the review is submitted. Or it should be possible to reply in the language which is set in the business settings in the field "Outbound communication language for custom values "

Please make this function available in multiple languages (French) or make it adapt to the review language. Without review ai is pretty much useless
