BrightLocal and other platforms do a great job of giving local businesses an overview of their online reputation. The dashboard for GHL is terrible in my opinion. If you don't use invites or listings, literally half of it is useless.

You can't even figure out your overall total reviews or average rating for the lifetime of a location.

I have created a simple mockup of what it could look like using BrightLocal, GHL and SEMRush elements to build something that is useful.

Would be even better if it worked for multi location businesses as well as GHL really struggles to support these types of businesses.
