Add published review to customer record & give GHL credit for getting review

I know we can access all published reviews via reputation tab, however, it would be nice if we updated the contacts record with that published review without going to the reputation tab.
This would be a good feature for returning customers as it would alert my team who is happy with the service and who needs some extra TLC
Additionally, it would be nice to attribute a published review to GHL review request link. As of right now, you can see who you sent the review to and whether or not they clicked on the link but then you have to do some digging and read between the lines as to whether that link click led to a google review. It would be nice if GHL could go a step further and tell me "hey this person clicked on the review link and then submitted a review and they published a review because of that link click".
This feature would help me show my clients the added value of GHL. If I can show them that GHL was responsible for generating that review (easily), then the client can better understand their ROI of GHL and my services

A good first step would be for GHL to create a contact from the information submitted with the Google/Facebook review. Currently we have a workflow trigger that recognizes that a review has been submitted, but there is no contact created/associated to the new review submission.
