I want to be able to automatically add a tag when someone requests a review using the system. This would allow us to add them into whatever workflow we want based on whatever review request is sent.

The ideal scenario would be to be able to override the review request page and send them straight to a custom workflow, but if that is not an option simply adding a tag would be able to allow us to track the user journey a lot better and follow up.

By adding our own workflow, we can use a trigger link instead of the custom review link and track if someone clicked it or not, update opportunities, etc.
