High Level should create a new reporting menu that displays similar stats as Call Reporting but of SMS or Channel activity. I think everyone would benefit if they can see stats like:
- Graph
- Total Number Sent
- Total Number Replied
- Total Number Didn't Reply
- Percentage Sent
- Percentage Replied
- Percentage Didn't Reply
- First Time Messaging
- Average Number of Messages per Conversation by SMS/Channel
- etc

May we request to have a feature under the reporting tab wherein the client has the capability to view the number of automated SMS that went out on a specific date please, or maybe GHL can mirror the usage report, specifically the number of segmetns and sms both successful and failed messages inside Twilio.

Being able to break down texts going out for the day, next day, week, monthly etc would be great as well. Fail % opt out % etc

Hello, I was Googling where to find SMS stats in Go High Level. I saw the post above suggesting to add this as a feature. Does this mean there is NO reporting whatsoever on SMS stats? I'd love to see what is available in GHL.
