I spent several hours trying to figure out how to re-run the audit report to show the clients the improvements we have made after the initial report was done. I then spent over an hour on the help desk, who said this is a feature available for the full 497 per month package which I have, but he didn't know how to do it. I was moved up to a senior tech person, who spent time looking into it, only to discover that it wasn't something that could be done at all at any level. I was advised to come here and recommend it as an added feature. Actually surprised more people haven't asked for this. I feel if you run a report to say you need improvement, you should be able to rerun that report to show that progress was made as you work on their business.
