It would be great to know which lead open and click our emails in workflows for example

Splitting testing funnels is the single most important to me missing from gohighlevel. Once we can run tests on here and then push those out to our accounts it's game over baby!

In addition to bulk stats - report the email/SMS status (open/ click/ bounce) inside the conversations, and beside generic DND create an option to pause only emails/ texts if there are bounces. Perhaps a trigger or something

This should work with other SMTP services beside Mailgun. At least SendGrid

A huge reporting roll out with all of this has been promised for next month for like 4 months. Last I heard was end of March then mid-April. Now when?
