I need to download the statistics of a single email campaign. At the moment we only can download the complete csv file of the specific category (Delivered, Bounced etc...).
That does not help really.
If a customer asks about the results of a campaign wen cannot send him 40K contacts and tell him to have a look, correct?

Hi Hans Lange, thanks for raising this.
You can get a per-campaign summary in a dashboard or custom report. Add an Email widget, set the chart type to table, and group it by Status. Then add one of these conditions for the emails you want to report on:
- Email Marketing Campaign is [your campaign], for bulk email campaigns
- Workflow is [your workflow], for emails sent from a workflow
You'll see the total delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed for that campaign. Save it in a custom report to share with your customer or send it on a schedule. A downloadable summary file isn't available yet.

Dinesh Kumar thank you for your comment. This is a way for one subaccount sending their own campaigns. But the moment the subaccount owner send campaigns in the name of different branches of his business, it does not work anymore. That is why the separate reports are making sense. I guess we can do that now alreafy with ask ai but that will add another cost to our customers. Not sure they would be too happy about it
