Just about every feature in the platform has it's own reports which get's confusing (not to mention there's no central design language)
Would love to see all these reports pulled into one spot: the dashboard. The dashboard should also be fully customizable to swap in/out stats, resize tiles, etc.

Im still surprised all reporting isn't available in the REPORTING tab...email/sms analytics could easily be placed there as well.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE revamp reporting... it has been beyond useless for my clients and for as long as any reporting has existed. There is no way any reputable agency is surviving on GHL reports alone. The data is always incomplete, and is useless for thousands of wordpress agencies that use their own forms, webchat, and othe data andr lead sources. I know people say just use google Data Studio (Looker) but then what is the point of GHL? I could write a book about how badly the entire reporting in GHL needs to be revamped. the more you can be like Monday.com the more you will destroy looker as an option . Spreadsheets are no less than 100X more intuitive than static premade, non-configurable reports. Literally 999 out of 1000 CRMs have failed at making reports as easy and configurable and as powerful as excel. Again... how are agencies even functioning? for those who don't want to configure reports, then let people sell their pre-configured reports in snapshots, so we can finally create something that is useful. A marketing agency without good data, is like a fish without water. I hope GHL doesn't screw this up... if they do, we will be waiting another 5 years... and all the agencies relying on GHL will continue to look subpar

just leverage google sheets and excel and be done. all you have to do is build the display/dash. Why isn't everybody beyond fed up with these stupid rinky-dinky reporting attempts that CRMs do. Please GHL, for the first time in your existence, and for the love of all that is holy... don't try be all things to all people when it comes to reporting otherwise we will waiting until the year 2090 and we're all dead. Just create a beautiful output for reporting that is native. That's it. Just be the best at that and in leveraging the literally millions of dev hours already invested into excel and sheets.

My only complaint with GHL is the limitations of it's reporting. It is extremely hard to track KPIs in GHL. Would love a fully customizable dashboard that can pull in all kinds of data.

GHL Reporting is super unhelpful in most respects. Scattered across the platform, poorly organized, poorly presented. For a "CRM", not being able to see call reporting, outbound email stats, and sales activities is pretty weak from a sales management perspective. Nice funnel building, but lots of areas of opportunity to improve in the practical senses.

Reporting is EVERYTHING. I'm shocked that there is no central dashboard here that is fully customizable. What a complete shame when it's so nicely visible but so useless to pull data I need.
