Add Form submission details to the dashboard report

Right now the only way to see form submissions details is through the Form Submissions section. Other platforms we have used we were able to show form submissions within a report. Presently, there is only a dashboard widget that shows the number of form submissions but not the details like the call widget does. Please add this feature to the Dashboard reports or through the custom reports generator.

Form submissions in dashboards would be so nice. I can't believe we can have a simple report like your Contact form was filled out X times, your service request form was filled out Y times. It's so difficult to report on form submissions for clients it's crazy. Forms = leads and we should have good reporting on them.
Even a table view of recent form submissions to scan stuff on a dashboard would be nice.

Want to have the ability to see breakdowns of form submissions in reports themselves and be able to have separate data per form. Right now, we can only see this if we go to submissions in 'Sites'.

Similar comment. In Reporting / Attribution / Leads, I can filter to see who submitted forms. But I would like a column to see WHICH form was submitted. Right now the only way to tell is to hover over the link icon or to export the report and then I can see the actual URL.
