The Prospecting Tool should have a refresh/reevaluate button next to the Prospect Open. As we continue to nurture the lead this gives the opportunity to show the trend if they continue to do what they are doing instead of accepting our services.
As a further option. If, after we convert the Prospect to "Won", we were to keep the company in the Prospects list (filtered by open vs won vs lost) and then do a refresh we could show a direct impact after 30/60/90 days compared to the issues we told them were costing money.
