So we were testing the prospecting widget today and found that it really has some limitations on picking the correct company. I tested with even my own agency (Trifecta Consulting LLC and yes, I have a GMB page) and the search result brought up only 1 option, a Trifecta Consulting Group. I know there are a few other Trifecta Consulting companies out there, and it didn't give me any other option. So what is the workaround if they can't find their own company, or if they don't have a GMB profile, then it would not come up at all. Ideally we add also a field for manually entering the business name and address in this case. And there is a field for website. If the tool can't find the correct business, they user can manually enter the address. And in that case the results might need to be pulled manually so it creates a workflow. But without this in place, I can't implement the widget, and have to stick to the old process, which is disappointing.

And as others have said, we need to be able to change the fonts, the colors, especially the button color so it matches our branding on a website. Looks bad on a website for a Marketing Company when it doesn't match the branding :-(
