As you can see in the attached screenshots the first one is generated before around 1 month and it is supporting Arabic reviews, but now after GHL adding premium version of prospecting tool you can see the other screenshot (Arabic characters are showed as symbols)

Please fix it ASAP, thank you in advance

Note: I think it will be fixed by supporting UTF-8
