We need to be able to add additional content and have our branding guidelines present on the reports (both PDF and website version). Things like being able to add content sections that will be on all reports (static content like a brief overview of our own company, reviews/testimonials from our own clients to show them, our website or portfolio links/images) and then other information that will change per report (dynamic such as recommended services, custom message, representative contact info, etc...) and even be able to show/hide sections of the report that we are sending (for some clients online listing is not as important because they are strictly e-commerce based).
Additionally, as part of the branding, we would want our logo in the header, the ability to change the fonts and colors.
One potential solution could be to enable us to build a template with the funnels/site builder and give us dynamic blocks with options to put in giving us more control over the layout and theme of the report. This could start off basic with each section being a block (like Online Health Score, Location Map with text overlay, GBP Claim, Chat Widet on Site, Listings, Review Summary, Online Reputation, etc...) and could then be further expanded to let us take the individual aspects inside those blocks and put them in our own layout (so for example, you could create two columns and put the listings and review summarries on one side and then the GBP Claim Status, Chat Widet on Website, etc... in the other column).
The above would solve static content, but for dynamic, we would need a tab where Account, General Info and Social Profile is to just have "Custom Fields". We can create and name the custom fields then save the text/data for that and then that could be pulled into the report when viewed/downloaded.
This all sets the basis for further enhancements in the future and utilizes features already in place within GHL.
