Procedure for the agency owner to access to support zoom call was purposely changed by GHL to significantly restrict the access of agency owners o zoom calls. This is remarkable reduction of the quality of the support received by agency owners. I, as an agency owner, struggled to access to a support zoom call, meaning that the procedure not only changed who can access to the support zoom calls but it added friction to agency owners to access to support zoom calls. I am considering posting this complaint into trust pilot and other public platforms if I don't see the reestablishment of the previous conditions for agency owners to access to support zoom calls.
