Subscription Cancelling by Agency Client

It seems not possible at present that an subscription based products can be cancelled by the enduser (the client of our agency clients) So far the agency client has do manually cancel subscriptions of their clients.
If there is a way that the end user can do this as they would with any other subscription, this would be a game changer.

Plain and simple: monthly subscribers to a membership need to have the ability to cancel on THEIR end automatically. And then have that be a workflow trigger / action that we can use
