Alignment of Products & Services with Roles and Permissions

There is no alignment between the 'product' we want to sell, and the ability to configure the platform to align with the service. E.g. If I want to sell Websites only, how to do I exclude the ability to see Quizzes or Documents? Or If I want to create a product to compete with Docusign,, how do I prevent those customers from seeing many other features that can't be switched off in settings? On GHL Homepage the attached graphic shows how GHL compares with others. We want to be able to create products that compete/compare with those products --- but Roles & Permissions won't enable that. There will always be bits that clients will see and be able to use, that we don't want them to use? I would love to create a product that competes with Calendly because I think GHL is MUCH more advanced and flexible ---- but there are too many other features visible.
The SAAS configurator creates certain products, but this list of Roles & Permissions don't match to that:
Conversations
Calendars & Appointments
Reputation
Funnels
Websites
Blog
Automation Campaigns
Workflows
Triggers
Opportunities CRM
Payment Management
Integrations
Social Planners
View & Manage Content AI
Marketing
Affiliate Manager
Ad Manager

agree with this 100% - we need to be able to turn on/off every menu item and feature/sub-feature.
I'm currently setting up user permissions for a business and there are things i don't want them to see like;
Launchpad
Marketing - even if you turn it off completely it still shows on side menu and displays the prospecting info page! [must be a bug]
Sites - it still shows quizzes!
Dashboard - you can turn it off but the menu item still shows!
This is basic stuff that should have been fixed months ago
