Yes. For texting too. There have been mix-ups with customers communicating with a business over the phone using their official number but then self-book an appointment and get a reminder text from another number they don't recognize... and it is then marked as spam. This has resulted in missed appointments and customers messaging the business later using the official number wondering why the business wasn't responding. It's a fast way to hurt your reputation.

The Twilio numbers have also had issues with showing up as other businesses, so that's also caused confusion for the customers and business owners.

Moreover it will be better solution to integrate with SIM card directly for calls, sms, and use it in workflows

I have customers who are on the phone all day and already have all their phone lines set up. It would be great if they could make a call from the app using their own phone and as they have triggered it from the app, have it tracked as an activity - something like "called from mobile app".

This gives our customers the ability to use their own, already set up system, and track an action.

This is must for Mobile.

This will help the clients to call from own mobile number instead of using Twillio.

Even, staff also can click to call.

Would love to see this in the USA. Most of our clients do business from their cell phone which is a recognized number to their customers. They also do not like to pay extra texting fees when sending 1 to 1 text messages.

Seems this feature will never get enough votes as it's applicable to non US customers. This really is such a simple change. Please consider bumping it into the next release?

Adding Twilio to GHL outside USA is a real pain - and not worth the effort and cost. My clients want to use their own mobile call packages to make calls. We need this too.
