Update Call Forwarding in the Mobile App

Other phone systems like Grasshopper allow users to update call forwarding or the Ring Users list from their mobile app. This is important for people who are on the go and need to take themselves off or add someone onto the Ring All users list.
Similarly, it would be great to set availability times on a schedule for calls so that people who work a certain schedule can be automatically in the ring users or not during certain windows of time.

Starting Calls on phone without LC Phone/Twilio

The posibility to start a Phone Call on your phone outside of the app would be awesome. Clients who just dont want to use LC or Twilio and just want an more efficient way to copy the number to their normal "Phone App" on their phone would be absolutely perfect. It is already possible to Copy the number, change manually to the phone app, paste it and start dialing, but I think being able to choose your internal "phone app" as the standard dialer would be an absolute game changer for small businesses and could be a real efficency boost in working with the app. Would absolutely push the usability of the app.

Yuri Hamada back around July/August 2024 they made it so you could port your number to Twilio. We've done it with about 30 of our cell numbers, it worked great since many of our clients have been calling and texting those numbers for years so it was a seamless way getting those conversations in GHL. We also work with another company that pulls our calls, summarizes them and posts them back in the notes.
