It would be interesting to leave the same privileges as you have in the browser in the App. Example, not letting others see other people's conversations when activated.

Maybe I am missing something in the White Label app., but I don't see where you can see webforms that have been submitted, including their date, like I can on desktop. So if a form is submitted on an existing contact, the custom fields are just being updated but the form is not visible so I can't tell what fields were updated as there is no history.

Can we have the ability to sort Contacts by date (e.g. most recent)
