Currently we can only transfer inbound calls to Users. Please add Contacts search to dialer so we can easily transfer inbound calls to anyone in the Contact database. Even better to have a Favorites list available for transferring inbound calls.

Its mind blowing that this is not out yet. It makes the phone system almost useless for 95% of businesses.

We were told this would be out by the end of the year. It's now close to February and still no updates. This is a basic VOIP feature.
