This is because phones are the last thing that they're concerned with. They have all these other features. that people want. and most of these people are introverted and don't use the phone anyway So that's why it doesn't get the proper attention. That being said, we are phone first. We've had this feature for three years now, so if you want to instantly be able to remove the segmentation, let us know. you can transfer anywhere in bound outbound doesn't matter
