The Mobile App Home Screen Needs a Rethink for Appointment-Based Businesses

The HighLevel mobile app has improved a lot lately, and I appreciate the team's effort. But the Home screen still feels like it was designed with a sales agency in mind, not for clinics and service-based businesses running on appointments and therapists.
The current dashboard leads with pipeline and sequence value. I use Opportunities, so I get why it's there. But for a clinic owner, that should not be the first thing you see when you open the app in the morning. It creates a distorted picture of the day.
Also, a small but real issue for European users: numbers display as "4.3k" or "10.3 mil" instead of the full figure (4.300 or 10.300). That formatting makes no sense here and feels off.
What a clinic actually needs to see first, every morning:
- Appointments today (per therapist, per service)
- No-shows or cancellations in the last 24h
- Unconfirmed upcoming appointments
- New patients this week
- Revenue from completed sessions
The fix doesn't have to be radical. Let users reorder or pin the widgets that matter most to their business model. If someone runs a clinic on Services V2, let them put appointments front and center. If someone runs an agency, let them keep the pipeline view.
Customizable Home screen widgets would solve this for everyone.
Would love to hear if others running appointment-based businesses feel the same.
