I was told a few weeks ago by one of the developers that we would soon be able to record cash payments on the app. He specifically said in two weeks and even had me book a call with him. Booked the call, and the man did not even show up, but had someone else talk to me, who wasted a good 45 minutes of my time only to send me the link to this ideas board afterwards. So here I am.

PLEASE allow us to record payments manually in the LC app as cash. This is a critical path item for a few of my salon clients.

Yes please. We take payments on the job upon arrival, mobile app cannot process a partial payment or even record a payment. We are using workaround to use the Fastpay link, but that does not allow a partial payment like a deposit, or half now, half next month.

I need this! I just signed up for a trial and this is seriously a dealbreaker. People out in the field need to record non-card payments. Can anybody think of some clever automation that might be able to accomplish the same thing? IDK, like adding a tag to a contact, which would then trigger the payment to be recorded?
