Notifications & Calls with multiple accounts logged in

If you are logged into multiple accounts the mobile app does not do push notifications or notify you of a call coming in. For example, we have clients with two separate businesses and therefore two sub-accounts. They all use the lead connector app. When they log into both businesses they stop getting notifications and stop receiving the calls on their mobile device for all businesses. We need the ability to log into more than one account on the app and still get notifications and calls for all accounts that are logged in.

When is this coming? We use multiple sub-accounts for our agency and also have multiple clients with multiple sub-accounts. This issue is a major problem for us.

Calls Should Ring No Matter the Sub-Account (Web and Mobile)
(Proposed) When a call comes in, regardless which sub account or company the user is currently on, the call should ring the users mobile app or web app. Very similar to how a normal call routing functions. Call comes in from any of your companies / sub accounts, the phone rings. This is very needed on the mobile app.
(Currently) If a call comes in from a sub account that you are not currently on in the web app or on the mobile app, then the user's web / mobile app does not ring. This is an issue for staff members who manage multiple companies as we miss calls due to us not being on mobile app on the correct company / sub account.

YES! I need this myself. I have a web dev agency and I also operate another exterior cleaning company. I need to be able to be logged into both accounts and get phone calls and notifications.

Did not realize this was an issue until now ☹️ I figured if someone calls in, the mobile app would just automatically switch the user into the corresponding sub-account
