If you are logged into multiple accounts the mobile app does not do push notifications or notify you of a call coming in. For example, we have clients with two separate businesses and therefore two sub-accounts. They all use the lead connector app. When they log into both businesses they stop getting notifications and stop receiving the calls on their mobile device for all businesses. We need the ability to log into more than one account on the app and still get notifications and calls for all accounts that are logged in.
