I think a Notepad on the mobile app would be a game changer, allowing an agency or business to create notes separate from tasks, allowing links to be saved to a user or admins screen. Such as S.O.P’s or even can responses you need your jobber or rep in the field to use when communicating with customers and or leads. It saves us going to another App to do the same thing. Maybe this is something that gets added to the task section?
