LeadConnector Mobile App buzzes (vibrates) unnecessarily during phone calls

the way the mobile app alerts about a degraded signal / poor call quality. It happens regularly but not constantly. It happens when I haven't moved and when I'm driving. It happens when I'm walking throughout a house or other area with excellent WiFi speed and coverage. In my personal experience (not often outside of good signal), it _rarely_ is a legit warning... and even so, I already know that it's having trouble staying connected because both humans are saying "can you hear me?" - so this warning adds no benefit and only causes a significant startle once or multiple times (or sometimes even constantly) during a call.
It's to the point that users are not wanting to use the mobile app to make/take calls because they're scared of getting buzzed -- yes, _even though_ the call sounds and works just fine, no dropping out or disconnecting.
This has been an issue for years and multiple people (Facebook group, support tickets, Zoom calls) have told me that this cannot be disabled within the mobile app's settings.
