A group email or SMS or WhatsApp includes everyone in one message header allowing people to “reply all.”

A bulk email or SMS or WhatsApp sends the same message individually to everyone on the list.

Maybe I’m reading it differently than how normal people understand the words.

And, maybe from a technical perspective the underlying code and UI is the same.

This would be a fantastic feature - my clients are always on the go and typically do not have a computer with them.

This is highly needed. It should work the same as if you were bulk messaging on desktop. Select all contacts in a certain list, add a template/snippet if needed and send/schedule accordingly!

Bulk SMS by (multiple)tag(s) would be extremely useful here so as not to have to send to every single (and possibly a non applicable) contact. As an agency we have hundreds of sub accounts and sending each a unique message based on tags would deliver target specific messages, save costs, keep relevance high, and DND low.

My primary use case is for nonprofits to coordinate their volunteers. The volunteers aren't in a shared group text. They are getting individual reminders of show-up time for the next event. They are confirming (or declining) availability individually. Their responses shouldn't be seen by other volunteers.
