For anyone who goes out to physical appointments, it would be great if you could click on the address in the appointment and it bring it up in Google Maps

To open the Meeting location in the maps,

You need to add the maps URL in the Custom Meeting Location as of now, You will get the "Join Meeting" and copy button as well as.

The calendar appointment should also allow a default to the appointment location as the customer's address and auto populate to the appointment

All the service businesses that visit customers need it. It's saves a lot of clicking and copy/pasting to have it right there in the calendar.

This feature would be amazing and is critical for home service type companies. I see that on mobile you can open the contact and it will open in the native mobile application, but for the address in the calendar appointment to open in maps would be best! Additionally, if it prompted to open in your choice of maps app would be great.

This is a must have for all service businesses. I need this available YESTERDAY. This is the only CRM I've ever used that doesn't have this feature. And customer address needs to be a standard field when creating a contact!

Michael Duncan SAME EVERY APP IVE USED FOR CRM HAS IT! IT'S GREAT WHEN IT WORKS AND LINKS TO MY CALENDAR APP TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! LOL
