Add option to mark appointments as “Paid” directly from the Mobile App

Many clinics and service-based businesses use the GHL mobile app daily, but right now there’s no way to mark an appointment as Paid from the app. You can only do it on desktop, which slows things down a lot when you’re working with a phone or tablet in the treatment room.
In my case, I manage several clinics through my platform AutomateDoctor.com, and therapists constantly ask for this. They want to charge or confirm payment right after the session without switching devices.
What would help:
- Mark an appointment as Paid from the mobile app
- Choose payment method (cash, card, transfer)
- Allow automations to run based on payment status
Why it matters:
- Faster workflow for therapists
- Fewer missed or unrecorded payments
- No need to open the desktop version just for this
- Makes the app more complete for real-life clinic use
This feature would be genuinely useful for clinics, wellness centers and any business that charges per appointment.
