The community group should have a closed entry feature so that it can be sold through a sales page ONLY and membership to the group/community granted only through a workflow, so the group/community can not be joined through the GoKollab app on it's own.

This is vital for people who are using this as an internal group for companies or private communities. Currently the subscribe button shows for anyone who is not a member who finds the community/group.
