We are having issues with clients double-purchasing and signing up for the same main product or the same bump-order (subscription) multiple times. Solution: #1 - Don't allow the same email to purchase the same main product or the same bump-order twice. #2 - Notify us in case a double sign-up for a main product or bump order was initiated so that we can manually refund/cancel it.

We just want to assure you that we are on top of this and will follow up with you directly on the ticket once we have more information.

Can confirm it happens often with Stripe and 3rd party payment providers like Amazon Pay or Klarna.
People get error messages from their 3rd party provider, while confirming their payment and then pay again.
