Manually Force Through a Drip

Customers occasionally have customers that for one reason or another need to bypass the drip of a course, either because they have migrated from a different platform, the student is at an accelerated pace, etc. The only way to push them ahead is to clone the course, undrip everything, create a new offer and add the person to it. The ability to manually force a student ahead would be be helpful.

Please add an option to force give access to a dripped content for specific members. It's important especially when migrating from other course platform with active members already in the middle of the course.
