Over the past few weeks we've had countless students of our clients reaching out with emails saying that videos aren't streaming properly.
The videos stream, then buffer and stop, start again. And this happens despite fast internet speed. We've had people do internet speed tests, and despite high-speed internet, many videos in the member area can't be streamed properly.
They end up buffering every few seconds, and sometimes stop all together, making the video not viewable.
Example:
"I have a student who is complaining of a technical issue in which videos are not loading properly. She claims that the videos will start and then stop to buffer, then start again. She has complained about this several times now."

This seems to be a major bug that not only affects location users but their customers/students, resulting in many complaints over the last few weeks. Can you please look into this and fix the issue as quickly as possible?
I believe this could result in the loss of both clients for agencies/SaaS resellers as well as clients losing customers and students over this issue. It's a big problem for those using HighLevel for memberships and courses.
