Allow Instructors per Lesson, and not just one Instructor for the whole course.

If I create a course "12 Ways to Build a HighLevel Agency" and I invite 12 successful Agency Owners to do each a single lesson within the course, I should be able to make each of them the Instructor of that specific Lesson.
