Allow account administrators to control access to individual files and folders within the Media Library.
Requested Features:
  • Set folder and file permissions for specific users or roles.
  • Allow admins to hide individual files or entire folders from selected users.
  • Hide files even when users have access to the parent folder.
  • Support View, Upload, Download, Edit, and Delete permissions.
  • Add a simple
    Manage Access & Visibility
    option directly inside the Media Library.
  • Ensure restricted files cannot be accessed through search, previews, or direct links.
Why it matters:
Users who have access to the Media Library should not automatically have access to every file.
This feature would help agencies and businesses protect confidential assets while allowing teams to collaborate securely within the same sub-account.
