I have a really good feature idea --- customers should be able to call a number hosted on Lead Connector and not get the message “There was an application error”
This exercise of listing the most basic, been around for 100 years, standard requests... is interesting. Why does GHL make its customers do this? Put basic things on a roadmap with an ETA... like number porting, and fixing "the application error" issue that tech support can't solve and won't report to the developers that it's happening.

We are a brand and as it is at the moment, we have to purchase 80 phone numbers just to be able to send the clients a text confirmation for their booking.
With a danish number thats 1.197 US dollars. Thats a lot of money just for the numbers.
In many bookingplatforms this is included in the package.
I really hope for some sort of solution on this.

We’ve found that 99% of clients really don’t want to change their phone numbers, and it’s usually their biggest concern. Even though we can forward calls, many businesses have thousands of existing customers and don’t want to go through the hassle of notifying everyone of a number change. Plus, businesses like brick-and-mortar stores have their number displayed prominently, and others have it on their wrapped vans or trucks. Changing numbers can make it a lot harder to win over new customers.
Additionally, we’ve noticed that missed messages often don’t come through, which is a basic feature that seems to be lacking. The call quality is also an issue, with frequent cutouts and poor signals. We need improvements in these areas to ensure a reliable service.
I’m curious about how we’d handle billing if clients stick with their current service provider. Also, do you know when this feature will be available in Canada?

Eddy Devedzic just have them port the number in if it’s that big of a deal to them so just say no problem port it in and then everything can work seamlessly in HighLevel and then you don’t have to tell them know one except them even knows their phone number

Yes please, it seems something so obvious that I can't believe it was not this way already. We are struggling because none of our clients want a number (moreover foreign because it seems we can't buy some European numbers).

Hey guys! I am new to GoHighLevel. If I am understanding this thread correctly I will not be able to integrate my clients call tracking metrics data/phone numbers into my clients GHL dashboard, is this correct?
