We offer clients bundled minute blocks (e.g., 2,000 minutes/month) for transcription and related services at a flat rate. We currently receive usage alerts when a client approaches their limit, but there is no mechanism to automatically trigger a rebill when they exceed their allotted minutes.

We need the ability to automatically charge clients when they go over their included block — whether that's a per-minute overage rate, an automatic block upgrade, or a configurable threshold trigger.
