Can we get an unlimited local calling plan like Ring Central. My clients are paying more than they used too with Ring Central.

customers are so used to not being charged for SMS to when they are with GHL its like a trigger. similar to free shipping with only purchases.
people have gotten really upset when they pay for shipping or in this case pay for SMS

Lets get this one available ASAP PLEASE! When clients are spending hours a day on the phone, this can really rack up the LC phone costs. We need something available as an unlimited option...

this would be extremely helpful, especially for some clients that spend hours a day on the phone

So our client has $30/mo unlimited Vonage for his business..
We are looking at ways to integrate with GHL..
and
Zapier
These should show GHL that we need an unlimited plan for clients.
We will be working to integrate these but would love an option for unlimited..
In the meantime, if you are losing clients because of it.. there is a way to integrate. There are also other existing systems that people have, a lot of offices have these already set up. So forwarding specific calls or integrations are only options.
I hope GHL will be able to negotiate something :)

Please!!! This would be so welcomed! We also have clients that will not sign up due to the per minute and different costs for incoming, outgoing etc.
They say it is easier to Plan and budget for a set price per month. Most of the companies are now offering unlimted VOIP options.. like Vonage
As an example.
Thank you!!
