We don't need to record phone calls most of the time. It would be nice to have the default setting for call recording off but be able to start recording during a phone call if needed.

Please add the ability to turn on or off the recording of the Call Recording message.
Insurance agents who deal with Medicare have to record the Call Recording Message for every call concerning Medicare as part of the recorded call, per Medicare policy. I am sure there are other industries that have this requirement to for their protection. I suggest you add a feature that can turn on or off the recording of the Call Recording message.

PCI redaction please! removing sensitive payment card industry (PCI) data from recordings and transcripts to ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and protect customer information. This could be done on the fly by masking/removing the sensitive information. This is top feature on systems like CallRail or Whatconverts
