SMS/Calls from Assigned User regardless of user initiating action

It would be ideal to have all SMS/Calls originate using the LC # of the assigned user regardless of which user is actually initiating the communication. Specifically in the Conversations tab for manual activities. This would help to maintain continuity for contacts while allowing for delegation by the account owner.

Would be helpful when we go to call someone from the conversation screen that it calls from the assigned users number and not default to the default number.
